ERIKS Development Partner always strives to be an organisation where transparency, learning and continuous improvement are key values. According to us these values are a prerequisite for the implementation of our vision of a better world where the dreams of children come true.

If you have experienced, seen or heard of inappropriate behavior from ERIKS and its personnel it is possible to file a complaint through our complaint form. ERIKS handles all complaint relating to suspicion or violation of our agreements, guidelines, policies, code of conduct and laws in Sweden and/or programme countries.

Complaints not linked to any of the categories above will not be handled according to ERIKS CRM protocol.
